ReplyDeleteMs. Jennifer 'Jen' Myers by way of Dan Pozniak has been libeling and defaming Ms. Amanda Volovik (Volovik) on multiple sites alleging she created public posts about Dan. Dan Pozniak had actually stalked Amanda for years on and off and she had to change her phone 4 times because of him. Amanda would actually take him in stupidly when he came to her door unexpectedly to save his life from freezing or other things he did to help him survive, which was the major nature of their relationship. Amanda was his helper.
ReplyDeleteAmanda was two days away from filing a TPO on Daniel Pozniak in October 2012 due to his severed abuse of her. He had rights to stay at her home for a certain time until he found residence, this is was while he was influencing Ms. Myers on the phone for a new place to live. Meanwhile, he was asking Amanda to take him back until the day Jen moved him in. He said to Amanda that Ms. Myers was a 'Plan B' cause he didn't want to be 'on the street'. I have witnesses to this fact. Her obsession with Amanda (and obviously Dan from appearances) is SICK and psycho. She is projecting her own mental illness on others, obviously.
Dan was thrown out with full intent in Oct 2012 by Amanda under police monitor, and Miss Myers moved him in to her home with her finances without having met him. Ms. Myers had only met him online and phone (that's bizarre beyond belief).
He abused Amanda V. terribly and that's why he was thrown out at that time under police report - which can be published legally. Amanda was far from high and dry by having his abusive and dependent influence out of her home, and even sent a very kind note to Ms. Jen Myers wishing her well at one point in 2013 (which can be proved).
Miss Myers is again, pushing the envelope for a cease-and-desist, which can be prevented if she STOPS, so stop, Ms. Myers. Anything she says further from this date 12/22/13 at 3:48pm is considered possibly actionable.
